STREETBOXING

Knowing how to fight in order not to have to fight!

Streetboxing is our workout discipline

We fuel both physical and mental skills: speed, strength, endurance, precision, and a sense of distance, reading your opponent and functioning under pressure. If you master these skills well, you can remain calm in an emergency and de-escalate or escape all the better.

Streetboxing is an open-style concept of punching and kicking martial arts in all distances and is made up from Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Karate and Taekwon Do as well as Wing Tsun, Grappling, Judo, Jiu Jits and Filipino martial arts (stick and knife fighting). Fixation techniques and holding levers are also included.

Not bound by rules

Streetboxing is not about competitive sport, but rather about resolving a fight situation by quick, consistent action.

Punches to the groin and hits to the eyes are part of this. Workouts, sandbag training and sparring are part of the program. Applicability is tested in scenario training sessions.

Streetboxing is addressed as part of the mixed martial defense program. Every student is qualified by a specific MMD intense training.

Every single student is a valuable part of the team.

A group for teenagers and a group for women are being planned. Please get in touch if you are interested.

The qualification for this always takes place via a basic training in MMD through single sessions. The requirement is that the training partners can also coach each other. We train together as equals. The high level and a certain pace require a high degree of trust, which we can guarantee through our family group dynamic. There is no frontal teaching here, the number of participants is limited -
