In the event of escalation, simple protection and counter techniques are used which can be learned and called up quickly. We adopt a strong mindset, take advantage of moments of surprise and, if necessary, use highly effective techniques from various fighting styles to protect our health or our lives. The training conveys self-confidence and a confident handling of stressful situations.

Our training in non-aggressive environment is individually adapted to the students.

Mixed Martial Defense (MMD) is taught in single sessions or in small groups and is designed to improve awarness within a few weeks and make it a sustainable form of defense for the students.

The technique repertoire and training intensity are tailored to each student.

Mixed Martial Defense is a highly effective self-defense system, perfectly adapted to realistic everyday situations. The training teaches basics of self-defense and quickly applicable counter-techniques in very short time.

The training aims to recognize dangerous situations at early stage and to mediate or evade them safely. The primary aim is to avoid conflicts.

Basis is so-called de-escalation programming. The first step is to train dominating potential attackers unnoticed even before a fight begins. The situational reaction consists of defensive measures starting with friendliness, open hands, and a smile - and leads to radical counter-techniques such as punching and kicking techniques, takedowns, fixing techniques and the use of weapons such as sticks and knives. Scenario training in everyday clothing and under realistic conditions is also part of the training.
